Sarmal Design ships handmade wall art and decorative objects from Ankara, Turkey.

PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION

Our products are handmade and normally prepared within 1–2 weeks. This production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Customized, large-scale, wholesale, and project orders may require additional production time.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over US$800. Shipping charges for other orders are displayed at checkout.

After dispatch, estimated delivery is 3 business days. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before dispatch.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, international customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

Customs clearance procedures may delay delivery.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at denizerguneygs@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production has started or the order has been transferred to the carrier.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

Tracking information will be provided after dispatch whenever tracking is available. Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment and arranging receipt when required.

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

Please inspect the package and product promptly upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us promptly at denizerguneygs@gmail.com.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, outer packaging, inner packaging, and shipping label.
