These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sarmal Design website and purchases made through our store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Return & Refund Policies.

PRODUCTS AND HANDMADE VARIATIONS

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Because our pieces are handmade and may use natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, dimensions, weave, grain, pattern, or finish may occur. These natural handmade variations are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings.

ORDERS

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases of pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or inability to complete a custom request.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion.

CUSTOM ORDERS

For custom or made-to-order products, the customer is responsible for confirming dimensions, colors, materials, quantities, installation requirements, and other specifications.

Production may begin after specifications and payment are approved. Custom and made-to-order products are subject to the restrictions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The applicable price is the price confirmed at checkout or in a written quotation. Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, import fees, and similar costs may be added or remain the customer’s responsibility as disclosed at checkout, in the quotation, or in our Shipping Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our product designs, photographs, website content, text, graphics, branding, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission from Sarmal Design.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not use our website for unlawful or unauthorized purposes, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or violate the rights of Sarmal Design or any third party.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, and shipping companies. Third-party websites and services outside our control may be governed by their own terms and policies.

LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sarmal Design will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Sarmal Design in Turkey, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of the customer’s place of residence.

CHANGES

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on the website. Changes apply from the date the updated Terms are published unless applicable law requires otherwise.
